I’m a Sea to Sky local, and I’ve been planning elopements in Squamish and Whistler since 2021, and I have hundreds of celebrations under my belt, so I thought I'd break down some of the possibilities - below is an easy-to-compare table!
WHAT MAKES MY BC ELOPEMENT PACKAGES DIFFERENT
Every elopement package is thoughtfully tailored to your vision, with local expertise, professional wedding vendors and a whole lot of love for the Sea to Sky.
I don’t offer cookie cutter packages with the same location and vendor team every time, instead, I speak with each couple, and tailor the day to suit your vibe, vision, and budget. I match you with aligned vendors to suit you. This means there can be some price variation, so the ‘average spend’ is exactly that - an average. I have planned sweet + simple elopements for $1,950 + gst, and elaborate multi-day micro-weddings for $10-15k, so always reach out and we will discuss what’s possible for you.
Every couple is unique, so your elopement package should reflect that. Prices are indicative and will vary depending on your chosen location, vendors, duration and the little extras that make your day yours. Florals and hair and makeup can be added, adjusted or removed to suit your preferences. Additional photography, videography and guest arrangements are also available.
All ceremonies can be legal or symbolic, with legal marriage requirements coordinated where applicable.
Pretty much everything! I’m not stiff in my offerings, the price varies depending on what you actually want. For example, queer couples often don’t want a bouquet + boutonniere - maybe they want one or two bouquets, or two boutonnieres, or maybe you don’t want florals at all.
You might already know exactly what you want. Or, you might want some help figuring it out - that’s where I’ll guide you.
WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED IN YOUR ELOPEMENT PACKAGE?
● Photography/Videography: Rarely do couples come to me knowing what style they want - I’ll help you figure out what’s possible, and show you different styles. We can adjust the coverage to suit your plans and budget.
● Florals: Always personalised to you - your favorite colors and blooms! I am most commonly asked for a bridal bouquet and boutonniere, but I’ve also done 2 bouts, or 2 bouquets.
● Hair + Make Up: Most of my brides want natural looks or soft glam - they want to look and feel like themself, just more ‘bridal’ so I mostly work with artists who align. However, I have some great glam artists too! Or, you can chose to omit this.
● Guest list: Bring your favourite humans. Or don't! I include up to 15 guests in most experiences. After that, I bring a second person to help me rally the troops, so a small assistant fee applies.
CUSTOM ELOPEMENTS
Maybe your dream wedding doesn't fit neatly into a package. Good news: we love a little creative thinking around here.
I've planned portaledge weddings for rock climbers, surprise weddings, and private boating adventures to the Gulf Islands. If you have an idea that's a little out of the ordinary, I'd love to hear it.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ELOPE IN SQUAMISH OR WHISTLER?
Pricing depending on the location, experience, vendors and duration of your day. I have a ‘minimal’ package for $1,950 + GST, but often plan $10k heli-weddings that include all the bells and whistles. My grounded Sea to Sky elopement packages tend to start at $3,950 + GST, with everything included, using polished, professional vendors with decades of experience across the team.

I'm originally from Australia, and before settling in Squamish, I spent years working in international tourism. So I know a thing or two about travel logistics, bringing people together and making an adventure happen.
I'll help you navigate the local details, from finding your ceremony location and connecting with vendors to sorting out timelines, permits and marriage licence guidance.
We'll work through everything together before you arrive, so you can spend your time in Canada actually enjoying the place you've travelled all this way to see.
And if you're planning to turn your wedding into a bit of a honeymoon, I fully support that decision.

Prices vary depending on the experience, location, vendors and duration. Helicopter, hiking, sailing and gondola elopements have different costs, and we'll prepare a personalised proposal based on your plans.

Yes! International couples can get legally married in British Columbia - I’ve had people fly in from all over the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Cambodia, Tunisia, Czechia, and beyond.

Ah, mountain weather! We'll discuss backup plans during the planning process and already have something to go in our back pocket in advance, so we aren’t scrambling in the final hour. Safety is front of mind - the helicopter won’t fly in questionable conditions. I always have a plan B (and often a plan C or D)

We have year-round options for eloping in BC! Be it on Whistler Mountain, in the forest, or at a mountain view point, there are some gorgeous spots to elope in Winter.
